LEVEL BREAKDOWN
Beginner (1.0-1.5): newbie. just getting started, learning the basics.
Advanced Beginner (2.0-2.5): knows how to execute all strokes and has correct court positioning. Starting to be able to rally. Ready for Intro 105, but Intermediate level 105 is not yet appropriate.
Intermediate (3.0-3.5): able to rally with ease, correct stroke form, still makes unforced errors.
Upper Intermediate (3.5-4.0): stands out in the intermediate level, but not quite ultra.
Advanced (4.0+): consistent player that exhibits power, placement, and point execution. Destroys the intermediate level competition and while better than the players in Upper Intermediate, will still have fun in their 105.
WHAT YOU CAN SIGN UP FOR BASED ON LEVEL
Beginners: Foundations (lessons are strongly encouraged for newbies)
Advanced Beginners: Foundations, Drills & Fun, Cardio, Intro 105, Weekend Fix
Intermediate: Net/Base Power, Cardio, Intermediate 105, 2 vs. 2 105, Weekend Fix, Serves/Returns
Upper Intermediate: Upper Intermediate 105, Net/Base Power, Serves/Returns
Advanced: Ultra, Net/Base Power, Serves/Returns, Upper Intermediate 105
If you aren’t into clinics, you can book private or group lessons, serving lessons, 3+Me’s with your favorite pro, etc.
NOTE: If you sign up for something that is not level appropriate for you, we will have to swap you for a better option…that might mean bumping you up or down. I know it sucks if we bump you down, but please don’t take it personally — you and everyone on your court will be happiest and gain more value when the levels are appropriately matched. Don’t hesitate to ask what you need to improve on to advance to the next level.
CLINIC DESCRIPTIONS
