We have a STRICT 24 hour cancellation policy. If for whatever reason you don’t cancel 24 hours before your lesson, clinic, or court rental you will be charged full price for the session.
For private 105's the roster you give will be charged unless the group chooses to divide it amongst who shows. This is your slot - we are not responsible for finding subs if someone bails last minute.
ONLY Memberships & Lesson 10 Packs have a credit card processing fee (use Zelle, Venmo, Cash, or Check to avoid).
Memberships are NOT retroactive. Member rate starts the day you buy your membership.
We do not do monthly memberships or prorate.
An individual membership only covers YOU.
A Family Membership covers the immediate family (i.e. a couple OR parents + their young children (<18 years old)).
Your membership is good for Hither, Downs, and Yacht Club.
10 packs make the 11th lesson free and are only available for private lessons (not for clinics or private 105s).
Members have priority over guests AND are able to book clinics and lessons 2 days earlier (8 days vs. 6 days for clinics + court rentals).
If you are at least 15 minutes late for a clinic and don’t inform us that you are arriving shortly, we will give your spot to someone that showed up that was on the waitlist.
You need to wear tennis shoes (smooth soles) this protects you from busting an ankle and the courts from getting chewed up. As for clothes, you can wear whatever you like as long as you are mostly clothed.
We answer messages 7am-6:30pm — texting is our FASTEST form of communication and is preferred over email and calls. If you text us outside of that window we will get back to you when we are back on the phone.
Dogs are not allowed at the Montauk Downs.
Tips are not required, but welcomed if you are feeling it.

MONTAUK DOWNS: 331 Fairview Ave. (use the tennis parking lot, not the pool or golf lot).
MONTAUK YACHT CLUB : 58 Star Island Rd (Entrance is opposite Sam’s Star Island & Courts are behind the green and white villas).

Last and most importantly, we like to have fun...so you have to be nice to play here because being mean sucks the joy away...and who has time for that...
