We answer messages 7am-6:30pm — any text messages receieved outside that window will be answered when we are back online.

Texting is our FASTEST form of communication and preferred over email and calls.

Clinics should be booked using the App.

New this year // Court Rentals can be booked using the App or text.

Lessons + Private 105’s can be booked via TEXT, phone, or in person.

We have a STRICT 24 hour cancellation policy.

If for whatever reason you don’t cancel 24 hours before your lesson, clinic, or court rental you will be charged full price for the session.

New this year // when you book a clinic you will charged upon booking vs. 24 hours out. And when you cancel said clinic (>24 hours out) you will receive club credit (Unscheduled Session). Learn more here.

New this year // if a clinic is rained out/canceled you will be CREDITED to your account vs. refunded to your card. You can use this credit on a future clinic booking.

Private 105’s and Lessons will be charged the day they happen.

For private 105's the roster you give will be charged unless the group chooses to divide it amongst who shows. This is your slot - we are not responsible for finding subs if someone bails last minute.

Memberships are NOT retroactive, prorated, refundable, or transferable.

They are only good for the 2026 year.

A Single membership only covers one player.

A Family Membership covers the immediate family (i.e. a couple OR parents + their young children (<18 years old)).

The Monthly covers just the month you choose, you can buy more than one Monthly.

Your membership is good for Hither Hills & Montauk Downs.

Membership pament via venmo, zelle, cash, or check is encouraged.

Zelle, Venmo, Cash, or Check are encouraged form os payment.

Upon purchase, your account will be credited with the correct value.

10 pack gives you 1 free lesson

20 pack gives you 3 free lessons.

Only members are eligible for 20 packs.

Only members are eligible for clinic packs.

Upon purchase, your account will be credited with the designated amount.

These packs are only good for the following clinics: all levels of 90 min 105 (6 per court, 3v3), all levels of 2v2 105 90 min (4 per court, 2v2).

10 pack of chosen clinic gives you $5 off each session. Example: 10 pack of 90 min 105 cost $330 - each session $33 instead of $38 but your account will be credit $380.

Members can book 7 days out.

Non Members can book 5 days out.

The court rental cost is divided amongst whoever plays.

At peak times, singles is for 60 mins and Doubles is for 90 mins.

60 mins of Singles for a member is $10 vs. $20 for a non.

90 mins of doubles is $7.5 for a member vs. $15 for a non.

New rule // you are expected to sweep and line your court after play.

MONTAUK DOWNS: 331 Fairview Ave (behind the pool and 4th hole of the golf course…look for the signs that say tennis parking and park in the grass parking lot

If you are 15+ minutes late for a clinic and don’t inform us that you are arriving late, we will give your spot to wa waitlist person that showed up hoping to get lucky.

You need to wear tennis shoes (smooth soles) this protects you from busting an ankle and the courts from getting chewed up.

As for clothes, you can wear whatever you like as long as you are mostly clothed.

Dogs are wonderful!! BUT they are not welcome at the Montauk Downs (State Rules!)
