Adding/Linking Family Members
this is important for parents booking their children

Make an account
Click Profile in the Bottom Right
Click Settings in the Top Right
Click Family
Click Plus in the Upper Right
Choose, the type of family member you are adding.
Fill out the info and click Accept.
NOTE for the SPOUSES that handle the BOOKINGS
When it comes to clinics, you can only book for yourself and your children. If you have a spouse that cannot book for themselves, then you need to add them to your account as your child to make those bookings happen.

Booking & Canceling Clinics

Start from HOME (bottom left) > Choose your LOCATION
Be sure to select the correct club location.
Please note these instructions are for in app bookings.

Select Book Now > Join a Program > Tap 105 or CLINIC or Kids to filter
This will show you all drill clinics or 105s depending on what you select. Go with the calendar option so that you choose the right date. Your membership status will dictate the price and how far out you can book.

Choose the Correct Date > Click VIEW on the Clinic you want > Click BOOK this clinic
If you have family members linked to you it will ask which player you are booking for. Select who you want and then click NEXT > Select your Payment Rate > Select the Clinic > Choose your Payment Method > Good to GO (make sure it’s in your bookings to be safe).

Go to BOOKINGS > Click Details on the one you want to cancel
As long as it’s >24 hours you will be able to cancel. If within 24 hours you won’t be able to click the button. Click Cancel > Accept. Instead of a refund back to your card you will receive club credits//the next time you book select club credits instead of your credit card.
Booking & Canceling Lessons + Private 105’s

Text/In Person
Let us know when and what pro you are looking for…we will get as close as possible to your request.
If it is for a private 105, we don’t need the full roster upon booking.

Check for Confirmation
Under your BOOKINGS tab in the app, you will see the Scheduled lesson. IF you don’t, please reach out because it means it’s not in.

Add Friends
Under your Bookings tab, select “Details” for the lesson or private 105 you want to add friends to. Click the pencil to choose the head count and then click add players.

Go to BOOKINGS on the bottom to Cancel (24 hr rule)
Click the cancel button on whatever lesson/private 105 it is you need to cancel. Be sure you got confirmation it was canceled and that it is no longer in your Bookings tab.
If it is within the 24 hour window you won’t be able to cancel in the app, and can let us know over text so that we can inform your pro.
Booking & Canceling Court Rentals

From the HOME > Book Now > Book Now (Reserve a Court) > Next
Make sure you have the correct location selected.

Select Date + Time > Select Court > Next
Singles can book for 60 mins and Doubles for 90 mins. Your memberhip status will dictate how far out you can book.
Please note, we may reach out to ask you to slide up or back in case there are openings in the schedule given that we are letting you guys book your times now.

Add Your Players or Game Match > Choose Payment > Book
If you know who is playing upon booking, add them in. If you are short on players > make it a Game Match Reservation and other random players at our club can book in. Make sure your twosome or foursome is accounted for two hours before the start of the court rental because that is when the other players on the court rental will be charged otherwise the unpaid portions will fall on the player who made the booking.

To CANCEL, Go to BOOKINGS > Find Reservation > Details > Cancel > Yes
Under your bookings find the court rental you want to cancel or change, if you are in the 24 hour window you wont be able to. If you cancel in time you will receive club credit instead of a refund back to your card. You can use this on any future bookings.
Booking for a
Child/Spouse
Follow the booking instructions above, but instead of selecting yourself, you will select your child or spouse. In order to book your spouse you need to create their profile as if they are a child not an adult. If they are labeled as adult you won’t be able to book for them.
REFUND/club credit
For Clinics + Court Rentals our new software charges immediately upon booking vs. the credit card hold on the old software.
When you cancel a clinic >24 hours out, you will be receive club credits instead of a refund to your card. You can use this club credit at any time, when you book just make sure you select club credit as your payment method.
In addition, if a clinic is rained out you will receive club credit instead of a credit card refund.
